How to Personalise Your Ornament
Follow these simple steps to get the best results:
Upload your photo: Choose the photo you would like to use. For the best results, select an image where your subject is clearly visible and positioned centrally.
Remove the background: Click on Remove BG (Background Remover) in the design tool. This will automatically remove the background from your photo, leaving your subject ready to be placed on the ornament. If there are bits you still need to erase, use the built in eraser.
Position your image: Move, resize and adjust your photo until you are happy with how it looks. Make sure your subject fits neatly within the ornament shape.
Check your design: Carefully review your finished design before ordering. Make sure no part of your subject is accidentally cut off and that everything is positioned exactly as you want it.

Use a high-resolution photo: The clearer and sharper your original image, the better the finished result.
Choose a well-lit image: Avoid dark, blurry or heavily shadowed photographs.
Keep your subject fully visible: Photos where the person or pet is close to the camera and not cropped at the edges work best.
Choose a simple background: A clean, uncluttered background makes it easier for the BG Remover tool to accurately cut out your subject.
Check before ordering: The final preview shows how your ornament will look. Please check everything carefully, as your ornament will be personalised using the design you submit.
